At Noww Club (Owned and operated by True Club Financial Technology Private Limited), we aim to create a meaningful and intentional experience for our members. This policy outlines how membership cancellations and refunds are handled.
Noww Club memberships provide access to:
Membership access is provided for a fixed membership duration selected by the user.
Members may cancel their membership at any time.
Cancellation means that:
Once cancelled, access to the club will continue until the end of the active billing cycle.
All membership payments are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated.
However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Each request will be reviewed individually by the Noww Club team.
If the club offers a trial or introductory access period, members may cancel before the end of the trial to avoid charges.
Once the membership period begins, the standard refund policy applies.
If a membership tier includes access to offline alignment circles or workshops, the following applies:
Noww Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access if a member:
In such cases, membership fees will not be refunded.
Payments for membership are processed through the Noww Club website or authorised payment partners.
The mobile application does not process payments directly.
