Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Noww Club (Owned and operated by True Club Financial Technology Private Limited), we aim to create a meaningful and intentional experience for our members. This policy outlines how membership cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. Membership Nature

Noww Club memberships provide access to:

  • personalised daily rituals
  • reflection tools and alignment tracking
  • community features and experiences
  • exclusive events and alignment circles (where applicable)

Membership access is provided for a fixed membership duration selected by the user.

2. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time.

Cancellation means that:

  • the membership will remain active until the end of the current membership period
  • the membership will not renew automatically if auto-renewal is enabled

Once cancelled, access to the club will continue until the end of the active billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

All membership payments are generally non-refundable once the membership has been activated.

However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • duplicate payments
  • accidental transactions
  • technical issues preventing access to the service

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

Each request will be reviewed individually by the Noww Club team.

4. Trial or Introductory Periods (if applicable)

If the club offers a trial or introductory access period, members may cancel before the end of the trial to avoid charges.

Once the membership period begins, the standard refund policy applies.

5. Event or Workshop Fees

If a membership tier includes access to offline alignment circles or workshops, the following applies:

  • bookings may be rescheduled subject to availability
  • refunds for event participation fees may not be available once the event is confirmed

6. Membership Suspension or Termination

Noww Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access if a member:

  • violates community guidelines
  • misuses the platform
  • engages in harmful or disruptive behavior

In such cases, membership fees will not be refunded.

7. Payment Processing

Payments for membership are processed through the Noww Club website or authorised payment partners.

The mobile application does not process payments directly.

8. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

Our team will review the request and respond within 5–7 business days.

9. Policy Updates

Noww Club may update this policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on the website with the revised effective date.
